From November to April ( except Christmas holidays : Minimum 4 nights rental) : Minimum 3 nights rental :

Rate/night : from 130€ to 185€ depending on season.

Easter holidays : Weekly rental.

May and October : Minimum 4 nights : Rate/night : from 160€ to 200€ *

June and September  : Minimum 5 nights : Rate/night : from 180€ to 250€ *

July and August : Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday: 270€/night.

Deposit on booking : 50% of the rental amount.

Deposit : 500 € (to be paid with the balance of the rental amount).

Mandatory cleaning fee : 60€.

Tourist tax : 2,16€/per adult/night



In option: Possibility to rent a closed garage for 8€/night.
 

Pets are not allowed. 

Check in from 4pm - Check out before 10am.
